PPC TIPPED TO BE TORIES' FIRST BLACK WOMAN MP TRIED TO STAND FOR BLUE LABOUR ONLY TWO YEARS AGO!

A Prospective Parliamentary Candidate [PPC] tipped to become the Tories' first black woman MP tried to stand for Blue Labour in an election two years ago. This latest fiasco shows again that there is little difference between the Lib/Lab/'Con' mafia who dominate the Westminster snakepit.

Lawyer Helen Grant, who was selected last week as the Tory/Blue Labour candidate to succeed Ann Widdecombe as the next MP for Maidstone in Kent, put herself forward as a 'New Labour' council candidate in Croydon, South London in 2004 for elections due in 2006.

Grant urged New Labour officials to let her stand in Croydon, where she has her legal practice, because she believed she had no chance of winning in the Tory stronghold of nearby Reigate in Surrey, where she lives. And New Labour sources say that Grant was so committed to the cause that she let them use her company offices in Croydon in the run-up to the 2005 General Election.

The disclosures fly in the face of Mrs Grant's claim in an interview with The Mail on Sunday that she has "always voted Conservative" and she has been proved to be a liar but if elected she will be in 'good' company'.

The 'Tories' were jubilant after Mrs Grant was nominated as 'their' candidate in the rock-solid seat, where Tory stalwart Miss Widdecombe holds a majority of more than 14,000. She is retiring at the next General Election after years of forthright campaigning.

Grant's background as the product of a single-parent family was seized on by 'Tory chiefs' determined to prove that, under David Cameron, the party is in tune with moral-cesspit 21st Century Britain. And closer investigation of Mrs Grant's 'political CV' reveals that she has made a relatively recent conversion to the 'Tories' but can the much-abused electorate tell the difference between the parties anymore?

The only thing that is clear in this murky matter is that a vote for the three-party gang who dominate Parliament is a vote to further accelerate the destruction of Britain....
