NATIVE BRITONS WILL BECOME AN ETHNIC MINORITY IN 12 'BRITISH' TOWNS WITHIN 30 YEARS - TIME TO STOP IMMIGRATION!

White Britons will become an ethnic minority in a dozen towns and cities within 30 years, a study has worringly revealed. Catostrophic levels of immigration combined with higher birth rates among newcomers will tip the balance between whites and non-whites and create a string of cities where whites will be the minority. Contrast this with 1948 at the start of the Windrush project and British towns and cities were 99.9 white.

The watershed is expected to be reached first in Leicester, where whites will form less than 50 per cent of the population by 2020, followed by Birmingham in 2024, and by Slough and Luton soon afterwards. Britain is becoming a foreign country as a result of New Labour's wide-open immigrant 'policy' which is tantamount to ethnic cleansing of the white population.

London's population will still be 61 per cent white by 2026, although eight of the city's 33 boroughs will see whites in the minority with no one group forming a majority, according to the study from the University of Sheffield.

Leicester, with a large Indian community, has seen its white population fall from 70.1 per cent of the total in 1991 to 59.5 today, and the figure is predicted to fall below a half by around 2020. The city's Indian population is set to rise from 22.9 to 26 per cent over the same period, with the African population increasing from 0.4 to 11.2 per cent.

Birmingham has strikingly different predicted trends, with the shift in the balance driven mainly by the growing Muslim Pakistani community. In general immigrant and ethnic minority populations will no longer be dominated by large, distinct Afro-Caribbean or Asian communities. Instead increasing numbers will come from countries scattered across the world - from Germany to Guyana, from Sweden to Singapore.

Sukhvinder Stubbs, of the Barrow Cadbury Trust which commissioned the study, said: "Regardless of future immigration patterns, it is just a matter of time until cities such as Birmingham become 'plural'. Even if we prohibited another single soul from entering the country, the trends have already laid root."

Failed asylum seekers have been handed over £36million to open businesses, including a beauty salon, a 'vineyard' and even an ostrich farm, back in their 'homelands'. More than 23,000 have taken advantage of generous handouts worth up to £4,000 each, handed-out by the corrupt New Labour regime.

This new shocking revelation has reignited a row over New Labour's controversial policy of "bribing" bogus refugees to leave the country. Critics said the Government had created a climate where a false claimant could not lose in a guaranteed lottery of taxpayers' money. They also warned it could encourage more people to head to Britain to lodge a claim simply to be turned down and then claim a 'resettlement' grant.

Details emerged for the first time of how the failed asylum seekers - who could have been forcibly deported and should have been to set an example to others - are spending their support package. One man, a 35-year-old Iranian, opened an ostrich farm after spending four years in the UK. Another appalling incident saw a vineyard, near Tirana, opened by an Albanian man who produces organic grapes and raki, a local spirit.

A beauty salon in the Zimbabwean capital of Harare was opened by a woman who went home last year after six years in Britain and again was funded by the long-suffering and much abused British taxpayer. Other businesses that have benefited include a fishing firm in Angola, a ferry in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a dress shop in Sudan, a car dealership in Kenya, a laundry in Afghanistan, a shoe shop in China, a hotel in Nepal, a garment factory in Sri Lanka, an internet cafe in Ecuador and a market stall in Jamaica. And yet indigenous Britons roam the streets homeless in their tens of thousands, abandoned by anti-British New Labour Marxists.

The unacceptable payouts are worth up to £1,000 in cash at the airport, followed by £3,000 in support to open a business and it seems that now money really does grow on trees. Other 'perks' available, provided the £4,000 is not exceeded, include private schooling for the failed asylum seeker's children.

The Home Office pays around two-thirds of the bill, with the remainder coming from the EU - itself funded by the British taxpayer. Sir Andrew Green, chairman of Migrationwatch UK, said failed asylum seekers were being given a "no loss" option. He added: "Either they succeed with their claim and are given a meal ticket for life, or they fail and return home much the wealthier. The sum of £4,000 is a fortune in most source countries."

Matthew Elliott, chief executive of the TaxPayers' Alliance, said: "Giving failed asylum seekers business grants smacks of rewarding criminality and will act as a honey trap for even more illegal migrants". The Voluntary Assisted Return Programme has cost £36million since its launch in 1999. The budget for next year is £22million.

The Home Office says the policy is cheaper than forcibly deporting failed refugees - a process which costs £11,000 each. But opponents say it is evidence of desperation in the Government's attempt to clear a growing backlog caused by New Labour's ideological need to forcibly 'integrate' millions of foreigners into 'British' society and at the same time to force down wages to benefit greedy financiers.

This latest fiasco shows that New Labour are unfit to govern a parish council let alone the whole of Britain and should be rejected en masse at the next General Election. In reality, New Labour equates to No Britain!
