Chief Executive of Royal Free 'Hospital' proved to be a liar by News Alliance investigation!

• We prove beyond doubt that Duncan Moore does work for the Royal Free Hospital Medical School after Chief Executive said he did not....

A News Alliance investigation has exposed the Chief Executive of London's Royal Free 'Hospital' as a serial liar, unfit to hold his position of 'responsibility' to the public and he should now resign or be sacked. But Andrew Way will not be sacked or even disciplined because he is typical of NHS Chief Executives appointed under the institutionally corrupt New Labour regime.

On 29 July 2008, Andrew Way wrote to the editor of News Alliance through the NHS complaints procedure to reply to the points of the complaint regarding the illegal body parts theft from the body of MI5 whistleblower John Francis Smith. In his three-page letter, Andrew Way stated that Duncan Moore had never been employed by the Royal Free Hospital and no trace could be found of his employment record.

But this was, much as we suspected, an outright and calculated lie to protect Duncan Moore and the hospital from further damning public exposure and now the ill thought-out smokescreen has backfired on them in spectacular fashion....

The audio recordings above were made on 31 August 2008 - just a month after Andrew Way claimed Duncan Moore did not work for the hospital - and show the extent of the lies spun by this professional shyster in a completely failed attempt to protect the Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust. It is perfectly clear that Duncan Moore does still work for the Royal Free Hospital!

We also have reason to believe that Andrew Way's tale about Dr Alex Mayer no longer working for the hospital could also be a lie and will redouble our efforts to locate him in the NHS and demand an explanation of his role in the forged signature on the 'consent' to post mortem document.

And it comes as little or no surprise to learn that Duncan Moore actually works in the hospital's Medical School - the very place John Francis Smith's body parts will eventually be experimented on - and has done so for over a decade. But it should be noted that Duncan Moore has changed his appearance somewhat from March 2005 and has shaved off his moustache and beard and is no longer shown on the electoral register at 77 South Hill Park, Hampstead....

The case of the body parts theft on John Francis Smith is all the more shocking considering the fact that after being forced to resign from Government Service in December 1976 after the failed Wilson plots, he actually went to work in the NHS as an administration officer until 1985. The modern NHS does not respect any work done for it by employees and this proves that NHS staff are just as likely to be shafted as any member of the public. No one is safe from the institutional corruption rampant inside the NHS.

The editor of News Alliance contacted solicitors regarding the forging of his signature on the 'consent' to post mortem document and after consideration was told by senior partners at Irwin Mitchell that the matter was "potential fraud". The Royal Free Hospital has destroyed the original harcopy of the 'consent' to post mortem document to ensure no forensic handwriting and fingerprint tests can be conducted.

In any other 'democratic' country than Britain this would rightly be regarded as conspiracy to pervert the course of justice but under New Labour this country no longer resembles a free, democratic country and every State-funded department has been institutionally corrupted since May 1997.

News Alliance was able to uncover the lies spun by Andrew Way regarding Duncan Moore because a letter from him to the brother of J F Smith - previously thought lost - was eventually located yesterday and we went into action immediately to nail Andrew Way as a liar.

In March 2005, Duncan Moore claimed to be the landlord of J F Smith at 77a South Hill Park, Hampstead but we have not been able to find any documents from the Land Registry to prove that Moore actually owned that part of the property.

Duncan Moore gave Leonard Smith his extension at the hospital as 4219 and asked him to report to reception on 9 March 2005 to arrange the release of J F Smith's body but Moore had already told Leonard Smith that there had to be a post mortem. But where cause of death is known, no post mortem is required and there should have been no post mortem of any description given the fact that J F Smith died partly as a result of heart disease, shown on the death certificate.

The cause of death given by the dodgy hospital was also not completely true and led to another lie being exposed. In his letter of 29 July 2008, Andrew Way denies that J F Smith developed "hospital acquired pneumonia" and this played a significant part in his premature death. But Andrew Way was having none of it and denied "hospital acquired pneumonia" played any part in J F Smith's death and that he did not develop the life-threatening condition.

This outright lie is exposed by the fact that on page two of the Post Mortem report - released by the hospital after a protracted battle for the truth - states quite clearly that "hospital acquired pneumonia" played a part in causing his death. There is no lie, no dirty trick beneath the New Labour politicised NHS management and their incompetent underlings.

Under New Labour and its ersatz NHS 'management', a system of healthcare once the envy of the developed world has been brought to its knees, ruined, arguably beyond repair and private finance initiatives (PFIs) have led to a creeping privatisation of the NHS from a 'Labour' government.

And the greatest sympathy and concern has to be shown for people planning to have surgery at London's dirtiest NHS Hospital. Can every member of the public expect to be treated in a similar fashion to John Francis Smith and his family? Or will every member of the public receive better treatment at this Third World cesspit of lies, corruption, fraud and superbug infections because of the political ramifications behind the scenes regarding John Francis Smith's Government Service...?

One thing is entirely clear: The Royal Free Hospital had no intention of allowing J F Smith's out of the building for funeral without first robbing forty per-cent of his body parts and its employees were prepared to stoop to any length to get what they wanted or had been ordered to get....

On 17 March 2005, J F Smith's family could not view him in the coffin because he had been hideously disfigured by the unnecessary and illegal post mortem. And the Royal Free Hospital has also refused his family's request for a YDNA sample from the remaining forty per cent of his body parts.

Your life in their hands... at News Alliance we would not trust the modern NHS with so much as a urine sample for fear it would be contaminated and then covered-up by a pack of professional liars. The possibility of Andrew Way, Duncan Moore, Dr Alex Mayer and Claudette Brown facing any form of internal NHS 'discipline' is non-existent because the New Labour regime backs them to the hilt.

But we leave them and the crumbling New Labour regime with a dire warning of things to come when it is finally kicked out of office in 2010 or even sooner... because there will be a day of reckoning!
