Has the Chief Executive of London's Royal Free Hospital completely lost the plot?

• Three taped telephone calls prove Duncan Moore works for the hospital but still the clinically deluded Chief Executive denies it

Following a complaint to the nationally renowned toothless Healthcare Commission in Manchester on several counts of serious misconduct against employees of the Royal Free Hospital its 'Chief Exective' has again denied Duncan Moore works for the hospital, News Alliance has learned from sources in the NHS.

In August this year we published two taped telephone calls made by the editor to the hospital's switchboard and both times connected with the voicemail of Duncan Moore in the hospital's medical 'school'. The digital files contain forensic tags implanted by Olympus electronics to prove on what date and time the files were recorded.

But Peter Garvin of the Healthcare Commission in Manchester has refused point blank to listen to the files and instead wants to give Chief Executive Andrew Way another opportunity to deny in writing that Duncan Moore works for the Royal Free Hospital.

We await Andrew Way's statement on this matter with a mixture of farce and outright derision. On 29 July 2008 he stated quite clearly that Duncan Moore does not and has never worked for the hospital in any capacity but News Alliance has already nailed this outrageous lie.

And the voice recording above made on 29 September 2008 proves once again that a month later Duncan Moore is still working at the hospital despite Andrew Way's self-deluded lies.

Since 1997 and the advent of New Labour and Tony Blair, no government department funded by the British taxpayer has escaped the tidal wave of spin doctoring and institutional corruption. The NHS is no different and all of its senior executives have to answer directly to the 'Government'....

There is now little doubt that the illegal post mortem on whistleblower John Francis Smith and the subsequent forgery of the editor's 'signature' on the 'consent' document to the post mortem was done with the approval of the New Labour regime and its outright political interference in due process.

The repeated lies of Andrew Way are evidence enough that he should be sacked on the grounds of gross mismanagement and incompetence. And his misconduct also raises even more serious questions for any member of the public considering 'treatment' at the Royal Free 'Hospital'.

In light of what News Alliance has uncovered about the Royal Free's crooked 'management' and its contempt for the rights of patients it has to be asked would anyone in their right mind want to be treated at this 'hospital'?

And on the issue of clinical treatment we urge Andrew Way to seek emergency psychiatric treatment for his clinical delusion, which is the result of political affiliation to the crooked New Labour regime and all its manifest acts of lies, incompetence, corruption and outright criminality since 1997.

The NHS, once the envy of the world, has been brought into grave disrepute by New Labour and its politicised chief executives and middle managers. And the Royal Free Hospital continues to have a worse record on MRSA and other Superbug infections than any other London hospital.

Speaking yesterday, the editor of News Alliance said: "I wouldn't trust the Royal Free Hospital with so much as a urine sample for fear it would become infected by institutional incomptence, thereafter mopped up by a thin tissue of lies."

Andrew Way and his servile lackeys should be under no doubt that News Alliance will continue to expose their infantile lies in the public interest.
