London's dirtiest NHS Trust

NHS Exposed

The Royal Free Hospital - London's dirtiest NHS 'Trust' - refuse to release Post Mortem report on HMG officer John Francis Smith

  • Hospital's 'foreign-born' legal supervisor claims she cannot speak "English"!

London's dirtiest 'hospital' for MRSA infections and chronic lying has today admitted another serious problem. Apparently, its 'foreign-born' legal supervisor Claudette Brown claims she cannot speak English! If true this would come as no surprise given the fact that a third of all NHS staff are foreign-born or immigrants. But in unbroken English, Mrs Brown told the editor of News Alliance on the telephone, "Sorry I can't speak English."

The editor of News Alliance then demanded that Mrs Brown allow him to speak to someone in the Royal Free's medical records department who speaks English. Unsurprisingly Mrs Brown told him in again English, "Sorry I can't speak English."

Indeed the possibility of speaking to an indigenous English speaker at the Royal Free is about as likely as the Home Office deporting the 1 million plus illegal immigrants who have taken root in Britain, primarily in England, during the 11 disastrous years of the incompetent and corrupt New Labour regime.

During several telephone calls to the hospital's medical records department, the editor of News Alliance has not once spoken to an indigenous English speaker. He has 'spoken' to NHS staff born in Asia and Africa but their grasp of English is appalling and reveals a greater scandal at the Royal Free than its MRSA macro-epidemic.

In 2007, the Royal Free 'Hospital' on Pond Street, Hampstead, was shown to be the worst NHS 'Trust' in London for its patients contracting MRSA infections. Latest figures show 75 people have contracted MRSA at the Pond Street hospital over the past year and there is no sign of improvement.

Coupled with many of the hospital's staff either not being able to speak English or claiming they cannot speak English, patients at the Royal Free can expect to receive a raw deal all-round. The hospital, like all NHS Trusts, has a far greater proportion of natural born liars than MRSA infections. But no one should be surprised by any of this, considering that the NHS has been ruined by New Labour since 1997.

The editor of News Alliance was simply trying to get an answer - in English not gibberish - from the Royal Free's medical records team about the post mortem conducted on his uncle, HMG whistleblower John Francis Smith. But after months of waiting the hospital has not made any progress on locating the post mortem report.

News Alliance has found time and again when dealing with the NHS regarding medical records that a list of implausible excuses are reeled off, these include:

  • The medical records you require have been transferred to another department for microfilming and we do not expect to get them back for several months.

  • We are prepared to allow you to see your medical records but cannot allow you to make any photocopies.

  • We are sorry to inform you that the documents you requested were lost in transit and at present cannot be found. We will endeavour to locate the documents and inform you immediately should they be found.

Under New Labour, no government department or state-funded organisation has been left untouched by the todal wave of corruption, incompetence, lies and theft, all of which are the hallmarks of the New Labour regime.

And it is perfectly clear that the Royal Free 'Hospital' has no intention of handing over the post mortem report on John Francis Smith. In 2005, Dr Alex Mayer and Duncan Moore for the Royal Free organised a post mortem on J F Smith despite the fact that his cause of death was known and therefore no post mortem was necessary. Dr Mayer 'explained' that a post mortem would help to "advance medical science."

But the post mortem did not "advance" the sense of bereavement felt by J F Smith's family, who were unable to view his body in the coffin at J H Kenyon's because the post mortem had left him disfigured and leaking body fluids at the throat. The botched post mortem included removing J F Smith's body parts, heart and lungs, and as a result his family, who had no idea what they had consented to, were unable to pay him their last repects.

This damning case of arrogance, cavalier medicine and incompetence, covered-up with a thinly veiled tissue of lies must serve as a dire warning to any relative asked by a doctor to agree to a post mortem to help "advance medical science." When things go wrong and they usually do in the NHS these days, the excuse will likely be: "Sorry, me can't speak English."

But one NHS employee at the Royal Free who can speak English is Duncan Patrick Moore. By a strange quirk of fate, it also happens that Mr Moore was J F Smith's landlord at 77 South Hill Park, Hampstead. At least this is what Moore claims but News Alliance have not found any evidence by checking with the Land Registry that Moore has ever owned 77a South Hill Park.

J F Smith - unnecessary post mortem

On 05 March 2005, Duncan Moore telephoned Leonard Smith, next-of-kin to J F Smith, to say his brother had died that morning and that there had to be a post mortem. Indeed, Duncan Moore, who works at the Royal Free's administration department, had already arranged the post mortem even before Leonard Smith was conned into to consenting to the procedure on 09 March 2005.

News Alliance contacted Duncan Moore several weeks ago and asked for an explanation as to why he had arranged an unecessary post mortem on a patient where his cause of death was known. Unsurprisingly Moore did not reply and has refused all cooperation on the instructions of the NHS and HMG.

We also asked Moore to confirm the identity of the previous owner of 77 South Hill Park but he refuses to cooperate. In July 2006, we received information that 77 South Hill Park was once owned by HMG to house its employees. The Land Registry will not name the previous owner of the property and so we thought to ask Moore if he could tell us the truth. If he had nothing to hide, he would tell us the truth and cooperate fully but true to form he has decided he has something to hide and refuses to cooperate.

It should be of note to all the 'people' involved in this sickening saga of collusion between government departments that there is no period of limitation on the investigation and prosecution of criminal offences. And those who destroy evidence thinking they can hide the truth can be prosecuted for attempting to pervert the course of justice.

This must come has a particularly potent reminder now with regime change and the total defeat of the corrupt New Labour regime just under two years away. When the bent system that protects the corrupt is finally swept away, we we deal with them in the criminal courts to ensure they get what they have thus far cheated... in plain "English",
they will be brought to JUSTICE!

The chief executive of the Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust, Andrew Way was unavailable for comment.
