NEW APPEAL FOR INFORMATION ON CROOKED CRIMINAL LAW BARRISTERS
"I have only ever made but one prayer to God: 'Oh Lord, make my enemies ridiculous,' and God granted it." - Voltaire
Ronald S Birkett.................Tarquin 'Noel' Philo..........Anna Soubry...............Gordon Jackson.............
Violent neo-Nazi Gordon Jackson stood trial at Derby Crown Court in September 1990 on charges of violent assualt occasioning Grievous Bodily Harm on Simon R Smith, following a gang attack on him by Jackson's State-controlled pseudo-gang on 20 January 1990.
Following a three-day trial, Jackson was convicted on the lesser charge of Actual Bodily Harm because the Queen's Medical Centre 'lost' the medical report on the true extent of Mr Smith's injuries. Jackson was sentenced to 27 months imprisonment by Judge Brian Woods. It emerged during the sentencing in Court 1 that Jackson had a string of convictions for sadistic violence and a further conviction for unlawful sexual intercourse with an underage girl.
Throughout the three-day hearing, Mr Smith was subjected to threats from Jackson's neo-Nazi supporters who had no idea their boss was Special Branch informant. On one occasion Jackson's lawyers Birkett and Philo 'advised' a witness for Jackson to threaten to kill Mr Smith so as to provoke a violent reaction from him and which would then be useful to Jackson's defence. Indeed, the witness Alistair Bulman did threaten to kill Mr Smith and this led to a sharp exhange in the waiting area outside Court 1. This was then reported to Judge Woods who sensibly dismissed the contrived incident and said, "It's neither here nor there as far as this trial is concerned."
Mr Smith left court believing that 'justice' may have been done and the lies of Jackson and his overpaid professional liars Birkett and Philo had been sunk without trace. But unbeknown to Mr Smith, an appeal was filed at the Royal Courts of Justice on the grounds that Judge Woods was prejudiced towards Jackson in his summing up to the jury in that the judge referred to Jackson as the "leader of this pack of animals."
On the flimiest of grounds Jackson's appeal was upheld and his conviction was overturned by three Court of Appeal 'judges' who ruled that the summing up of their brother judge was unfair to Jackson. And at no time was Mr Smith ever informed of the appeal by Derbyshire Police who also claim that they were never informed of the appeal which is a blatant untruth given the fact that the CPS barrister was in court to represent the Crown and Derbyshire Police. For 13 years, Mr Smith was unaware of what had happened at the Court of Appeal in August 1991 and neither the CPS nor Derbyshire Police took the trouble to inform him that the "leader of this pack of animals" who had tried to kill him was set loose again on society.
During the violent gang attack which Derbyshire Police described as "particularly horrific", Mr Smith was kicked in the face and head by several men and had a knife held to his throat by Jackson who demanded an 'apology' for the 'inconvenience' caused him by Mr Smith, whereupon Jackson urinated on his victim who was by then bleeding to death.
Mr Smith was so seriously injured that his heart had to be restarted due to haemorrhaging in the ambulance en route to the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham. But none of this horror meant a single thing to the Court of Appeal judges who again unleashed Jackson on society.
Jackson was imprisoned again in 1995 on drugs and firearms offences, unbeknown to Mr Smith, and died in HMP Featherstone on 17 October 1995 of heart failure. Many people may think that Jackson was eventually subjected to natural justice but before he met his downfall, he was allowed to terrorise and intimidate British society by an inept Judiciary riddled with the moral cancer of liberalism and politically motivated covert 'deals'.
It was not until late March 2004 that Mr Smith was eventually informed of everything that had happened by Jackson's former right-hand man Alistair Bulman, by then a leading light in the far Right. It came as a great shock to Mr Smith to be told after so long what had happened but immediately set out to investigate the information that he had been passed. It was also brought to his attention by another source that Jackson had become a Derbyshire Police Special Branch informant but the police deny this.
The Court of Appeal refused Mr Smith any documentation relating to Jackson's appeal and Judge Wait at Derby Crown Court rejected an application for a copy of Jackson's certificate of conviction. Mr Smith was by then certain that the State was hiding something and was blocking his every move. On 4 April 2004, he was arrested inside Central Police Station while making a complaint against a PC Chris Marshall. After several weeks Mr Smith was charged with a suspected ABH offence and which would again bring him into contact with Jackson's barristers Ron Birkett and Tarquin 'Noel' Philo.
In the event bent barristers from Philo's chambers prosecuted Mr Smith on behalf of the Crown Prosecution Service and the police, securing a conviction in May 2006 at Nottingham Crown Court. The entire history of this criminal 'case' is detailed in Mr Smith's latest book Counter Spy and sets out in great detail how the agencies of the corrupted British Establishment set out and failed to destroy him for daring to speak out against lies, injustice, corruption and outright tyranny.
Mr Smith found himself embroiled in a battle not only to uncover the truth but also for his own survival as vested interests colluded with one another to destroy him. Determined to uncover the truth no matter what the consequences, he issued a civil claim against Derbyshire Police who stated in their 'defence' concocted by Angela 'Flotsam' Clarke that the attack on him by Jackon's mob on 20 January 1990 had not happened and that Mr Smith had contrived the incident for which the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority paid him £12,000 in compensation.
But the orginal investigating officer DS Jim Skinner again came through for Mr Smith and confirmed that he had indeed been attacked by several men under Jackon's command on 20 January 1990. The tales of police solicitor Angela Clarke were then sunk without trace but she tried to backtrack, stating that she had not alleged the attack on Mr Smith never happened.
In the event Mr Smith's claim against Derbyshire Police on the grounds of abuse of duty of care was rejected on the grounds that the police have no duty of care to any individual to investigate or prevent crimes. To all intents and purposes, British police, described by think-tank Civitas as the "worst police service in the developed world" are an unregulated and unaccountable force who can do whatever they want knowing they are beyond reproach and the public have no rights at all.
As part of his deep and thorough investigation, Mr Smith contacted Ron Birkett of Cartwright King Solicitors who denied having represented Jackson as the presenting solicitor to Tarquin 'Noel' Philo at the Court of Appeal. And when pressed again Birkett changed his tack and told Mr Smith, "I'm not being diffucult, I 'honestly' can't remember if I represented him or not." And Mr Smith's letters to Noel Philo of KCH Chambers were either ignored or not received by Philo.
It is understandable why Mr Smith believes there has been a significant attempt on the part of Ron Birkett and Noel Philo to conceal the nature of what really happened at the Court of Appeal in August 1991 and the deal Jackson made with Derbyshire Police. The Home Office paid Jackson thousands of pounds in compensation for his co-called 'wrongful conviction' which he then used to fund drug-running which led to his death in custody. Indeed, Jackson was visited by Ron Birkett at HMP Featherstone just two weeks before his death in October 1995 but Birkett claims he cannot remember this or any other details relating to Jackson, which if true, would make Birkett one of the most unreliable lawyers to be represented by if he 'genuinely' cannot remember the relevant details of his clients' cases....
In view of this we are asking anyone with relevant information about this case to come forward. Likewise, if you have information on Ron Birkett and Tarquin 'Noel' Philo which you believe is relevant, please contact us.
We are also interested in obtaining relevant information on barristers Tracey Kirwin and Anna Soubry of KCH Chambers, both of whom prosecuted Mr Smith on behalf of the CPS. This is more so the case in respect of Anna Soubry given her political connections in the Conservative Party. In 2001, in the Gedling Constituency in Nottinghamshire, Mr Smith worked as an undercover journalist alongside the Prospective Parliamentary Candidate Jonathan Bullock whose brother Richard Bullock is a criminal law solicitor with Jackson Quinn Solicitors.
At the General Election in 2005, Anna Soubry, former low-grade TV reporter, stood as the PPC for the Conservative Party in the Gedling Constituency and was hammered by New Labour's irrelevant non-entity Vernon Coaker. Following Soubry's complete failure in Gedling and after "frequent personality clashes" with local Tory activists, the criminal law barrister switched to the Broxtowe Constituency which she is expected to win at the next General Election.
We intend to stop Soubry from becoming a Member of Parliament because the UK Parliament has enough professional liars and career parasites as it is without adding anymore. And to this end News Alliance will collude with Soubry's enemies to destroy her political ambitions before she has the chance to misrepresent the people of Broxtowe. Standing a right-wing candidate against Soubry in Broxtowe combined with a public relations campaign against her should be enough to curtial her self-interested ambitions.
In May and June 2006, the CPS brought in Anna Soubry to 'Prosecute' Mr Smith in a politically motivated malicious prosecution designed to silence and destroy him. Fortunately, due to Mr Smith's formidable personal strength of character and professional training, the campaign against him was defeated but his battle for truth and justice continues....
